PopularProfessors are all nerdy people who just study and teach in their one area and rarely venture outside of it, how are you going to help me because my chemistry professor didn’t know the first thing about what I want to accomplish? I am trying hard to gain muscle and I was told by my personal trainer that if I shouldn’t be eating 6 meals a day because it will speed up my metabolism too much and I wont be able to gain any. He suggested that instead of 6 meals I should eat 3 large meals. Is this true? I hate training legs! I love to train everything else except legs. Is it okay to not train legs?
