Take three (3) vegan capsules in the morning with food and a minimum of 16 ounces of water.

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

    The BEST!

    I used these prenatal my entire pregnancy. I'm 5'2, 115 lbs (the start of my pregnancy) and I had a healthy 9.5lbs baby! I have Endometriosis and hoshimotos, which made my journey quite nerve racking. These prenatals really contributed to having such a healthy pregnancy (plus eating healthy). I will always recommend them!
