HOW TO USE
PRIMAL-T
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules in the morning. For additional benefit, on training days take two (2) capsules one hour prior to workout. Use Primal-T in a repeating 5 days on, 2 days off cycle. For best results, use continuously for a minimum of 8 weeks.
NIGHT-T
Take two (2) to three (3) capsules with 16-20oz of water about 45 minutes before you want to fall asleep. Be sure to take when you have at least eight (8) hours to devote to restful sleep.

I recommend this product
Husband finally gets the sleep he needed.
Bought for my husband, he is 46 and for the last few years has had trouble sleeping well. As well he just felt exhausted all day, often irritable.
It’s been almost 30 days, he has slept the best in years , feels rested and more alert. Improved mood.
