I can't say this has changed my life, but I mix it with phormula 1 Root beer powder after my workouts. Nothing negative to report. I really try to limit my carbs, so I am wondering if this is really what I need, but I decided to give it a try to see if it helps with recovery. I will wait the entire can to see what my final thoughts are.
