I love the rainbow sherbet, strawberry limeade and the seasonal autumn apple (hope they bring it back!). I drink these in the afternoon to add protein on the go.
Great chilled or over ice in a shaker!

Tastes great, dissolves well and easy way to add additional protein!

First thing, it mixes great. Second thing, it tastes great, but I mixed it with the watermelon wrath phorm energy drink and WOW, protein and energy , love it.

I purchased the lemonade as I thought it would be the best to “doctor up“ if I didn’t like the taste. I’m happy to say I love it. Very refreshing and just what is needed when you’re not hungry but need some more protein.

Excellent product

I was not sure what to expect, however very curious about the flavor. This exceeded my expectation. It mixes fairly well ( I use a shaker bottle at work ) and goes down smooth. The flavor at 12 oz was a little strong for me but that is an easy fix. This was my first 1ST Phorm purchase. This is something I would purchase again.

I’m always afraid of trying new flavors because I can be picky on what I like to drink but this new flavor, it’s hands down my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!!!! I love it cold and hot. Sometimes I have it twice a day, it’s just so perfect in so many ways. The best way to describe it is sitting next to a fire on a beautiful cold fall day and you’re cold enough to get a warm drink and that warm drink is this protein apple cider. It hits your chill body and you feel all the fuzzy feelings as you’re sipping it next to that fire. This drink doesn’t deserve five starts, it deserves five fires 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I sometimes dont get all my protein or drink water. These have helped me to feel better when I am feeling sluggish.

Yummy

I honestly wasn’t sure how I’d feel about apple cider protein, but I’m VERY impressed! It has a delicious apple cider flavor that’s perfect for fall, and it’s light and refreshing. Definitely a five-star flavor—I’ll be getting it again!

Very excited and grateful to have participated in the live stream and WON a post workout stack. Big thank you to 1P Team for all the guidance over the years.

Love the taste and ease of these clear juice like protein.

This a great option for getting in the protein. Very refreshing for these hot summer days. Blends well with fruit too. I made a a blueberry slushy with crushed ice after mowing, so good!

I use this stuff in the morning and after workout and has definitely changed my workouts thank you for helping me get my protein in.

Flavor is so great and no grainy texture.
No workout needed for me to want this in a cup to drink.

I even made protein fruit snacks with it.
10/10 recommend!

I absolutely LOVE the clear protein, 10/10! I drink it everyday after my lifts + I also add it to my water, make slushies, ninja creamis + add to greek yogurt! It’s delicious, refreshing + I never have bloating with it! I don’t go a day without it!

I originally bought this supplement due to my stomach, being upset by other whey proteins. Quickly found out that this protein was not only acceptable for my stomach, but also acceptable for my taste buds. I highly recommend and will continue to re-purchase.

I needed a very quick fix to my stomach no longer being able to take milk-y shakes any longer…. 10 years of taking whey in all its flavors… this is -for all intents and purposes- LITERALLY JUICE. I got iced tea and orchard and it’s just insane how there is no difference in taste, texture or enjoyment between this and a glass of juice… but it’s WHEY PROTEIN?! Thank you for this game changing experience, I can go back to drinking whey post-workout without my stomach wanting to give it all back where it came from! (Sorry for the imagery!)

This stuff tastes absolutely amazing. It’s hard to believe it’s a protein powder and not just a yummy juice! I’m so happy that I tried this and will definitely be trying other flavors!

In all seriousness, I powerlift for a living, and when I look for supplementation, I get extremely picky.

I started with the strawberry limeade, which in all honesty tastes like a brisk strawberry drink, or even a Snapple… it’s easy to get down, and adds a level of supplementation otherwise very difficult on cut, or when you’re full.

The aminos they add in also make it super beneficial as something to have on hand.

If you really want a good tasting protein that isn’t like chugging a pudding cup, try it, you’ll be sold.

Liked it so much I got 4 more for this next few weeks!

Dang!! Such a great flavor (Key Lime Pie). Mixed super easy. Stayed mixed. Threw in a little ice and it makes a great mocktail! Great way to up your protein without a heavy shake!

Oh my goodness!!!! You must make this a permanent addition. This is the best clear protein I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. So cool and refreshing and full of protein! I love it!

Rainbow Sherbet Is by far the best flavor of clear protein. It’s not chalky or milky. It’s just a refreshing, thirst quenching drink that tastes 100 times better than your favorite sports drink! My kids love it. And I love it.
