These are the best protein bars I have ever eaten.

Best Protein Bars

Love all the flavors I’ve tried so far! They don’t leave me feeling all bloated and sluggish like lots of others will!

Great tasting, great way to refuel

So much flavor, makes you forget it's actually protein bar.

Great taste

Great flavor

The amount of protein bars I have consumed over my short life is more than I care to admit.

These are the only protein bars that do not leave a film on my tongue, taste like literal dessert, and do not make me bloat like I'm 9 months pregnant. These are a forever staple in every situation. Little perk if you put them in the freezer or the refrigerator and take them out and eat them at night zero sugar cravings the next day. PS strawberry smash cake and chocolate crunch top flavors of all time!

The 1st Phorm Level-1 Bar is easily my favorite protein bar I’ve tried. The Salted Caramel flavor is incredible—great texture, amazing taste, and none of that chalky protein-bar aftertaste. With 20g of protein, it’s perfect for a quick snack when I’m working, on the go, or need an easy way to hit my protein goals. It honestly tastes more like a candy bar than a protein bar. Definitely keeping these stocked! 💪🔥

There was a time when I weighed over 320 pounds and couldn’t imagine becoming the person I am today. More than 160 pounds later, I’m preparing to step onto a bodybuilding stage not because the journey was easy, but because I learned that discipline and consistency can completely change your life.

That’s one reason I love 1st Phorm. I don’t look at nutrition as a temporary “diet” anymore. It’s part of the lifestyle that helped me rebuild myself.

This Level-1 Bar absolutely delivers. The flavor is incredible, it satisfies that craving for something sweet, and it gives me an option I can actually look forward to while staying committed to my goals.

Every time I open one, it reminds me that getting in shape doesn’t have to mean giving up everything you enjoy. You learn to make better choices and keep showing up.

My transformation started with a decision: I wasn’t giving up on myself anymore.

320+ pounds ➡️ 160+ pounds lost ➡️ bodybuilding stage.

And I’m nowhere near finished.

1st Phorm, thank you for making products that can be part of the journey not something you have to sacrifice to achieve it. 💪🔥 #LegionOfBoom

New to 1st Phorm Level 1 Protein Bar. In my opinion they're the best tasting bar available. I've ate a lot of chalk tasting bars in my day and these are nothing of the sort! They taste great

I absolutely LOVE 1st Phorm! ❤️ I’m officially hooked on the Phorm Energy drinks, and the protein bars are seriously SO good! Their customer service is also top-notch—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Thank you for being so generous to my sons, Tyler and Austin, and introducing our family to your products. That gift turned me into a loyal customer, and I’ll definitely keep coming back! 🙌❤️ Hahah Austin is loving 1st Phorm

I have tried 5 different flavors of the Level 1 Bars and all are exceptionally better than any other brand. Not only is the taste better but the ingredients are also better. Was able to spend last weekend at 1P HQ in St Louis Touring the facility and training in the 1P HQ Gym for 2 days and it was absolutely epic. The standards and values of 1P are the absolute best and I’ll take them everywhere with me. This is an amazing brand through in through that I will always be happy to support and learn from.

I purchased the Strawberry Smashcake and the Peanut Butter Lovers. I would normally reach for something sweet to snack on, but I love the fresh taste of the strawberry (or peanut butter). They curb my appetite while giving me the extra protein needed to build or repair muscles after working out.

As a pbj fien these hit the spot 🤤🤤

I know it only gives the option of reviewing the product in general (which is still 5 stars) not individual favors but I needed to convey the fav flavors to try as well. I tried new strawberry smashcake bars today and holy moly, it is so good, so soft, and not as dry as some of the other flavors (which are still great and meant to be that way). It’s like I’m eating actual strawberries. No chalky aftertaste. It’s amazing and I 10/10 recommend.

Other flavors of Level 1 bars that are already my go-to favorites include: the Choco Chip Cookie Dough, the Salted Caramel, and the Chocolate PB Pretzel flavors. If you’re getting them to try for the first time and you’re unsure, the salted caramel bar is a must. OR the strawberry smashcake bar since that’s definitely on the top 5 list now…

I’m a texture nut. I can’t stand chalky or chewy bars, but the layers on the level-1 Bars are the perfect mix of crunchy outer layer with a soft and easily chewed center. Great taste, no artificial dyes or flavors. Highly recommended.

If you’re a cookies and cream fan, you’ve got to try these! They definitely curb my cravings for something sweet and give me plenty of protein at the same time. So far these cookies and cream protein bars are my family’s and my favorite flavor.

Have at least one a day. Wonderful taste. You’d never know that you aren’t indulging. Number one fan here!

I love how well this protein mixes and the taste of Caramel Latte in my coffee!!

Love this protein!

Lisa T.

The Pumpkin Spice Level-1 is the perfect fall supplement. I've used it to make breads and muffins, and it makes the perfect healthy, high protein pumpkin spiced latte. Highly recommend!

So good!

Stacy C.

Love this protein. Mixes really well and the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor is the bomb.

Best Tasting

I thought this tasted very good with no aftertaste

Very Tasty

I love how this stuff mixes in coffee. We use the pumpkin specie and vanilla in our coffees every morning. Makes it so easy to get a head start on our protein goals.

Makes for great protein pancakes too!!

This is my favorite flavor so far and it blends so easily

This truly takes your average morning cup of coffee, to a signature PSL drink in seconds. You could make your coffee or chai hot or iced, and adding the pumpkin spice protien powder makes it the perfect fall beverage! With getting some extra protien in, I am not as hungry by 11am anymore, and I can make it to lunch time more comfortably! I love my purchase and I think the tub will last me a long time, and many, many drinks!

I’ve been using Level-1 as part of my daily nutrition, and I’ve really enjoyed it. It tastes great, is easy to prepare, and is very convenient for supplementing my meals or having as a snack when I need to increase my protein intake.

What I especially like is that it is designed for sustained assimilation, making it a great option throughout the day to help meet my protein needs and support muscle maintenance and recovery. For someone who trains regularly and maintains an active lifestyle, it’s a very practical choice.

I’m very satisfied with Level-1 and definitely plan to continue using it.

I believe that the finest protein powder ever, was John Parrillo's products. John retired and closed down his business and I have been struggling to find a replacement. I have with 1st Phorm. The ingredient profile is very similar. Great job 1st Phorm!!

This is my go to for my morning Beverage. I shake it up with some almond milk and a scoop of instant espresso. It is delicious and provides a boost to my protein intake for the day. The consistency is creamy and not gritty.

I’ve tried a lot of protein powders over the years, and this one is by far one of my favorites! It mixes incredibly smooth with no chalky texture, and the flavor is absolutely delicious. It’s something I actually look forward to drinking every day.

I also added the creatine powder, and after just the first week I could already tell a difference in the gym. I was able to lift heavier weights, felt stronger overall, and had better performance during my workouts.

Both products have exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be keeping them on auto-ship, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality supplements that actually deliver results!

I drink this protein daily. This stuff is delicious! I now have 5 flavors and can't wait to try more.

Best supplements all around I’ve found. Digestibility is second to none. Zero bloating from the protein powder, you can 100% tell a huge difference from other brands (Gold standard, bucked up, insane labs). Not to mention my brand ambassador is phenomenal! Nick Boskers is the man! So grateful he turned me on to 1stPhorm!

On my second bottle of 1st for protein powder and the taste of flavors has won me over. Great product, with a great taste. Win-win for me, just buy it!

I put this in everything I bake, and love it in my pancakes! It goes really well with everything so far, I have purchased it more than once and will continue to purchase it every time I run out! It’s also good combined with the key lime pie clear powder in some yogurt!

I love peanut butter so I'm a harsh critic when it comes to PB flavored protein powders. Level 1 Salted Peanut Butter is SO delicious! A true PB flavor, not artificial. It mixes so well too. I love making protein iced coffees, so I made a salted peanut butter protein iced coffee with banana cold foam - omg it's absolutely delicious! I also served this flavor combo at a community event and it was everyone's favorite!

I can’t stop eating this as a ninja creami. Just blending with water and then lite ice cream setting and the consistency is creamy and so satisfying!

This is my second order of protein powder, the first was vanilla flame, and both taste great! I've used the powder as a drink and added to Greek yogurt, and tastes great both ways, and dissolves easily and tastes so good!

We used this to make protein ice cream. It was delicious!

The protein bars are a good treat and I love a good PSL… it mixes so good and tastes even better!

Love it!

Kyla P.

Omg these are soo good! Help me to still enjoy the fall flavors while helping me reach my macro goals. The bars are soo yummy!

Fall is here!!

Stephanie W.

I got this combo because it felt like I was getting more bang for my buck! Aaaand what a bang! The bars have been a godsend at those “crap I’m hungry and don’t have time to stop” moments. Or “I thought I’d eaten enough at breakfast but it’s two hours before lunch”.
The protein I’ve been making into ninja creamis. Still trying to perfect it to my tastes. I can’t have ice cream so I’m using it with 1c lactose free Greek yogurt, 1.5 scoops powder, 1/2c almond milk. I think the 1.5 scoops is too much for this flavor so imma dial it back to 1 scoop. I’m going to try it with ginger cookies as a mix in.

Hard yes for me.

Julie T.

First time buying this flavor and not the last I love the flavor and the protein bars are really good.

Awesome

Great price and value for pumpkin spice. Love it
