Okay. I love the peanut butter lovers one. But I just tried the strawberry smash cake and OH MY GOODNESS. It for real tastes like a dessert I should NOT be able to eat. It’s amazing. I prefer chocolate-y and peanut butter-y protein bars. But these are an exception. They are AMAZING.

I have tried 5 different flavors of the Level 1 Bars and all are exceptionally better than any other brand. Not only is the taste better but the ingredients are also better. Was able to spend last weekend at 1P HQ in St Louis Touring the facility and training in the 1P HQ Gym for 2 days and it was absolutely epic. The standards and values of 1P are the absolute best and I’ll take them everywhere with me. This is an amazing brand through in through that I will always be happy to support and learn from. 

I purchased the Strawberry Smashcake and the Peanut Butter Lovers. I would normally reach for something sweet to snack on, but I love the fresh taste of the strawberry (or peanut butter). They curb my appetite while giving me the extra protein needed to build or repair muscles after working out.

I know it only gives the option of reviewing the product in general (which is still 5 stars) not individual favors but I needed to convey the fav flavors to try as well. I tried new strawberry smashcake bars today and holy moly, it is so good, so soft, and not as dry as some of the other flavors (which are still great and meant to be that way). It’s like I’m eating actual strawberries. No chalky aftertaste. It’s amazing and I 10/10 recommend. 

Other flavors of Level 1 bars that are already my go-to favorites include: the Choco Chip Cookie Dough, the Salted Caramel, and the Chocolate PB Pretzel flavors. If you’re getting them to try for the first time and you’re unsure, the salted caramel bar is a must. OR the strawberry smashcake bar since that’s definitely on the top 5 list now… 

I’m a texture nut.  I can’t stand chalky or chewy bars, but the layers on the level-1 Bars are the perfect mix of crunchy outer layer with a soft and easily chewed center. Great taste, no artificial dyes or flavors.  Highly recommended.

If you’re a cookies and cream fan, you’ve got to try these! They definitely curb my cravings for something sweet and give me plenty of protein at the same time. So far these cookies and cream protein bars are my family’s and my favorite flavor. 

Have at least one a day. Wonderful taste. You’d never know that you aren’t indulging. Number one fan here!

Some people might think it's boring and plain vanilla but I genuinely love the taste! It has the classic vanilla taste which I love. Plus knowing I'm getting the extra 24 grams of protein into my daily routine with one scoop which makes it that much better!

I love a good PSL but trying to be mindful of my health and diet, I find this option to be amazing! I've added it to my morning coffee, as a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack, or post-workout shake. Gives me all the fall feels. Also - I tried the pumpkin protein pancakes and they are now on a regular rotation for breakfast. Absolutely love this product!

This truly takes your average morning cup of coffee, to a signature PSL drink in seconds. You could make your coffee or chai hot or iced, and adding the pumpkin spice protien powder makes it the perfect fall beverage! With getting some extra protien in, I am not as hungry by 11am anymore, and I can make it to lunch time more comfortably! I love my purchase and I think the tub will last me a long time, and many, many drinks!  

I’ve been using Level-1 as part of my daily nutrition, and I’ve really enjoyed it. It tastes great, is easy to prepare, and is very convenient for supplementing my meals or having as a snack when I need to increase my protein intake.

What I especially like is that it is designed for sustained assimilation, making it a great option throughout the day to help meet my protein needs and support muscle maintenance and recovery. For someone who trains regularly and maintains an active lifestyle, it’s a very practical choice.

I’m very satisfied with Level-1 and definitely plan to continue using it.

I believe that the finest protein powder ever, was  John Parrillo's products. John retired and closed down his business and I have been struggling to find a replacement. I have with 1st Phorm. The ingredient profile is very similar.  Great job 1st Phorm!!

This is my go to for my morning Beverage. I shake it up with some almond milk and a scoop of instant espresso. It is delicious and provides a boost to my protein intake for the day. The consistency is creamy and not gritty.

I’ve tried a lot of protein powders over the years, and this one is by far one of my favorites! It mixes incredibly smooth with no chalky texture, and the flavor is absolutely delicious. It’s something I actually look forward to drinking every day.

I also added the creatine powder, and after just the first week I could already tell a difference in the gym. I was able to lift heavier weights, felt stronger overall, and had better performance during my workouts.

Both products have exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be keeping them on auto-ship, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality supplements that actually deliver results!

Best supplements all around I’ve found. Digestibility is second to none. Zero bloating from the protein powder, you can 100% tell a huge difference from other brands (Gold standard, bucked up, insane labs). Not to mention my brand ambassador is phenomenal! I put this in everything I bake, and love it in my pancakes! It goes really well with everything so far, I have purchased it more than once and will continue to purchase it every time I run out! It’s also good combined with the key lime pie clear powder in some yogurt!

I love peanut butter so I'm a harsh critic when it comes to PB flavored protein powders. Level 1 Salted Peanut Butter is SO delicious! A true PB flavor, not artificial. It mixes so well too. I love making protein iced coffees, so I made a salted peanut butter protein iced coffee with banana cold foam - omg it's absolutely delicious! I also served this flavor combo at a community event and it was everyone's favorite! 

I can’t stop eating this as a ninja creami. Just blending with water and then lite ice cream setting and the consistency is creamy and so satisfying! 

This is my second order of protein powder, the first was vanilla flame, and both taste great!  I've used the powder as a drink and added to Greek yogurt,and tastes great both ways,and dissolves easily and tastes so good!  

We used this to make protein ice cream. It was delicious!

Took a few nights to notice the difference, but you really increase quality of sleep when you take it consistently.  I mixed the peach rings flavor with orchard splash phormula-1 clear and it tasted like sour apple warheads!

I always took magnesium in the form of pills, but decided to try it in a powder form. The wild berry is great. It dissolves very easily. The scoop that it came with was difficult to put back in the container so I cut a piece off the end. It works fine now.
I have to mention the protein sticks that I received with my magnesium order. They are a quick protein stack to take on the go and to grab when needed. I love them. I will have to order more.

I love the magnesium and the different flavors. Taste great,  It has  definitely made improvements on my sleep. 

The chocolate sea salt flavor is delicious. I mix it with almond milk at night or put a scoop of it in my protein shake, way better than taken pills for magnesium

 As a CrossFit athlete in my 40s, recovery is just as important as training. 1st Phorm’s Magnesium Wild Berry flavor has become a staple in my routine. After long training days filled with lifting, conditioning, and coaching classes, it helps me wind down and prepare for quality sleep. The wild berry flavor is refreshing, mixes easily, and isn’t overly sweet. Since using it consistently, I’ve noticed better recovery between sessions, fewer evening/nighttime muscle cramps, and improved sleep quality. Absolutely love this pre workout. No jitters and great energy. So happy my friend gave me a sample. It’s now my go-to a few times a week. Can’t wait to try more flavors. 

I was looking for a pre workout with low caffeine or none. I researched and found MegaWatt. For a woman going through menopause caffeine stimulates hot flashes, so when I found Megawatt I decided to try it. I love love love it! No issues here I can complete my workout without the jitters and that boost of energy need for my lifting and cardio. The taste is great too.  

So far I’m enjoying this on my daily workouts. It tastes really good and dissolves very well in the shaker, leaving barely any residue behind. It’s not overwhelming for me at least, and it feels like good clean energy for my long workouts. Will be buying different flavors in the future. But “Berry Lemonade” is. Banger so far.

Obsessed. Cant get enough. Favorite preworkout i’ve ever taken. I’ve been looking for one that doesn’t give me the itchy feeling and this is PERFECT!! Even got my husband hooked 😊
