Absolutely love this protein. It’s been my go to shake with a banana and almond milk. Delicious

Love it

Love the vanilla flavor. Mixes well with water.

I love how well this protein mixes and the taste of Caramel Latte in my coffee!!

Love this protein!

Lisa T.

The Pumpkin Spice Level-1 is the perfect fall supplement. I've used it to make breads and muffins, and it makes the perfect healthy, high protein pumpkin spiced latte. Highly recommend!

So good!

Stacy C.

Love this protein. Mixes really well and the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor is the bomb.

Customer

I thought this tasted very good with no aftertaste

Very Tasty

I love how this stuff mixes in coffee. We use the pumpkin specie and vanilla in our coffees every morning. Makes it so easy to get a head start on our protein goals.

Makes for great protein pancakes too!!

This is my favorite flavor so far and it blends so easily

This truly takes your average morning cup of coffee, to a signature PSL drink in seconds. You could make your coffee or chai hot or iced, and adding the pumpkin spice protien powder makes it the perfect fall beverage! With getting some extra protien in, I am not as hungry by 11am anymore, and I can make it to lunch time more comfortably! I love my purchase and I think the tub will last me a long time, and many, many drinks!

I’ve been using Level-1 as part of my daily nutrition, and I’ve really enjoyed it. It tastes great, is easy to prepare, and is very convenient for supplementing my meals or having as a snack when I need to increase my protein intake.

What I especially like is that it is designed for sustained assimilation, making it a great option throughout the day to help meet my protein needs and support muscle maintenance and recovery. For someone who trains regularly and maintains an active lifestyle, it’s a very practical choice.

I’m very satisfied with Level-1 and definitely plan to continue using it.

I believe that the finest protein powder ever, was John Parrillo's products. John retired and closed down his business and I have been struggling to find a replacement. I have with 1st Phorm. The ingredient profile is very similar. Great job 1st Phorm!!

This is my go to for my morning Beverage. I shake it up with some almond milk and a scoop of instant espresso. It is delicious and provides a boost to my protein intake for the day. The consistency is creamy and not gritty.

I’ve tried a lot of protein powders over the years, and this one is by far one of my favorites! It mixes incredibly smooth with no chalky texture, and the flavor is absolutely delicious. It’s something I actually look forward to drinking every day.

I also added the creatine powder, and after just the first week I could already tell a difference in the gym. I was able to lift heavier weights, felt stronger overall, and had better performance during my workouts.

Both products have exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be keeping them on auto-ship, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality supplements that actually deliver results!

I drink this protein daily. This stuff is delicious! I now have 5 flavors and can't wait to try more.

Best supplements all around I’ve found. Digestibility is second to none. Zero bloating from the protein powder, you can 100% tell a huge difference from other brands (Gold standard, bucked up, insane labs). Not to mention my brand ambassador is phenomenal! Nick Boskers is the man! So grateful he turned me on to 1stPhorm!

On my second bottle of 1st for protein powder and the taste of flavors has won me over. Great product, with a great taste. Win-win for me, just buy it!

I put this in everything I bake, and love it in my pancakes! It goes really well with everything so far, I have purchased it more than once and will continue to purchase it every time I run out! It’s also good combined with the key lime pie clear powder in some yogurt!

I love peanut butter so I'm a harsh critic when it comes to PB flavored protein powders. Level 1 Salted Peanut Butter is SO delicious! A true PB flavor, not artificial. It mixes so well too. I love making protein iced coffees, so I made a salted peanut butter protein iced coffee with banana cold foam - omg it's absolutely delicious! I also served this flavor combo at a community event and it was everyone's favorite!

I can’t stop eating this as a ninja creami. Just blending with water and then lite ice cream setting and the consistency is creamy and so satisfying!

This is my second order of protein powder, the first was vanilla flame, and both taste great! I've used the powder as a drink and added to Greek yogurt, and tastes great both ways, and dissolves easily and tastes so good!

We used this to make protein ice cream. It was delicious!

A must

Rocco N.

Use this for my preworkout for lifting and conditioning workouts. The lemonade flavor is great!!

Great!!

Carlos O. M.

This tastes great but even with blending it leaves some grittiness at the end of every glass so I just can’t finish the entire cup. But otherwise, it is great. Helps me during a work out and is very enjoyable!

Tastes great

Tammy W.

Megawatt is great! Orange flavor is the best. No jitters! No itchy skin.

Great Pre-workout!

Brian G.

This prework is so good i didnt get pins and needles. Gets me through the workout

Best

Karina B.

This pre-workout is just enough to scratch my coffee itch before a workout (can't do coffee with cream right before a HIIT WOD). I get my boost without my stomach churning through my workout. The Orange Sunrise is my favorite. I have never felt jittery or a racing heartbeat feeling, so this is my go-to when I can't do a coffee.

Kick I need without jitters

DEIDRE E.

I’ve used several pre workouts before and this one is by far the best. No jitters and just enough kick to get you going. Perfect for beginners to pre workout supplements. Thanks so much.

Fantastic results.

Matthew E.

Extremely beneficial drink with a great taste!! The mental war of fatigue ,,,, gone!!! I love it!!! Thank you 1sr Phorm!!!
Pre and post pics of my 9 mile run

Absolutely love this pre workout. No jitters and great energy. So happy my friend gave me a sample. It’s now my go-to a few times a week. Can’t wait to try more flavors.

I was looking for a pre workout with low caffeine or none. I researched and found MegaWatt. For a woman going through menopause caffeine stimulates hot flashes, so when I found Megawatt I decided to try it. I love love love it! No issues here I can complete my workout without the jitters and that boost of energy need for my lifting and cardio. The taste is great too.

So far I’m enjoying this on my daily workouts. It tastes really good and dissolves very well in the shaker, leaving barely any residue behind. It’s not overwhelming for me at least, and it feels like good clean energy for my long workouts. Will be buying different flavors in the future. But “Berry Lemonade” is. Banger so far.

Obsessed. Cant get enough. Favorite preworkout i’ve ever taken. I’ve been looking for one that doesn’t give me the itchy feeling and this is PERFECT!! Even got my husband hooked 😊

It was so difficult to drink other products, this one is just perfect! I add it to my coffee and I don’t even know it is there. Thank you!

So easy to add protein to your daily intake

Although I have only had a few weeks to try this collagen I feel like it is already working. I got the unflavored one this time but plan to try a flavored one in my next order!

This is the best collagen I've tried, and I love the added protein in my morning coffee.

Lucia C.

I absolutely love the 1st Phorm Collagen! I got the unflavored one, and I love that I can easily add it to my coffee or other drinks without changing the taste. It mixes really well and has become such an easy part of my daily routine. I’ve really been enjoying it and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an easy way to add collagen to your routine!

After trying at least 6 different collagen powders and liquids, I finally found my favorite. 1st Phorm collagen with dermaval has been greatly appreciated and used in my family, even by my kiddos. We mix almost daily with plain whole milk Greek yogurt. It mixes wonderfully and becomes creamy and has a sweet vanilla flavor. It blends perfectly with coffee drinks and milk. My hair thickness has improved, nails are growing and less brittle, and my skin has been so much better. Plus it has higher protein than most collagen powders and helps me hit my daily goals while being on a GLP. Great job 1st Phorm!!

This is a great product that helps increase your daily protein intake. I usually add to my morning coffee!

I’ve been using Collagen with Dermaval as part of my daily routine, and I’ve really enjoyed it. It’s a convenient way to supplement my nutrition with collagen peptides and nutrients designed to support healthy skin, hair, nails, and joints.

I train regularly, so it’s important for me to support not only performance, but also recovery and overall wellness. I especially like that it includes Dermaval, a blend of ingredients focused on supporting the appearance and elasticity of the skin.

I’m very satisfied with the product and plan to continue using it.

I just started using this a few weeks ago and already I see a difference in my hair and nails. Ladies, if you are peri, post or menopausal and are losing your hair, this stuff works. I hardly have any strands coming out when I wash or brush my hair. I add it to my morning tea. Love this stuff!

I 1st tried the vanilla flavor, definitely recommend, selected the caramel flavor this time and love it as well. Definitely trying a different flavor until I try all of them

I am truly obsessed with this product and don’t want to drink my coffee without it!! The flavor is so smooth. I even like to mix it with my skim milk and froth it for an espresso.

I have tried many other name brand collagens to try to boost my protein intake and have settled on this one being the absolute best for many reasons but the most- it actually mixes and it actually doesn't taste like anything. Really! It doesn't clump or ruin my coffee flavor or texture! I will never use anything else! Also I ordered from the company and they included a band written thank you! So overall great product and great company!

I have been using this Collagen powder for a few months now in my coffee and I love the taste! It’s a great addition for me since I drink my coffee black plus 15g protein to start the day is fantastic. Thank you

High-Quality collagen powder. Mixes easily and helps with joint pain, skin health, and hair growth. I usually pair it with colostrum and it’s been working wonders.

After a productive session in the gym, this is the best post workout drink that I have tried in my life. Starting with the taste of it and plus all of the other benefits that it brings is something that you can’t beat when trying to meet your goals. I have been using the same flavour for 5 years now and have nothing but appreciation for this product!

Whey Protein Isolate

Filimon L.

I started this 2 months ago and I also have the creatine. We’ll see if my protein levels are better.🙏

Great stuff

This flavors name says it all, it is a dream to have this flavor. It’s so good, when I’m drinking it, I feel like I’m licking the very last bit of an orange dreamsicle popsicle and it just melts in your mouth. So good!

A Dream!

Yleana

This is the best protein I’ve tried and tastes great! I love how easily it mixes in and doesn’t have that weird after taste that many protein powders have. Highly recommend!

Love it!

This has an amazing taste and easy on my stomach

I absolutely love Phormula-1! The flavor is incredible, especially when served cold with just water. No milk needed! It tastes delicious, mixes very well, and has a smooth, refreshing texture. It’s a pleasure to drink after my workouts. Definitely one of my favorite protein powders. Highly recommended!

I actually REORDERED a flavored protein powder because I’ve found many amazing recipes to work it into! It’s my fave new base flavor for my morning frozen meal prep power meal! I blend cottage cheese, yogurt, (fat free & higest protein) plus the powder, flax, chia, chunks of fruit of choice, mini Ghirardelli chips and freeze! It’s a great grab for snacks or quick protein boost… but this subtle coffe flavor has me so happy!😁 Or pop it in your coffee if you’re braving the flaves! ☕️❤️‍🔥

I’ve been using Phormula-1 as part of my new fitness and nutrition journey, and I’ve really been enjoying it. The Café Latte flavor tastes great without being overly sweet, and it mixes really well. It’s an easy way to get in extra protein throughout the day, especially after a workout.

I also really like how convenient it is when I’m trying to stay on track with my nutrition. Definitely a product I’ll continue keeping in my routine! 💪🔥

Best protein ever tried, mixes well and I love adding it to my iced coffee amazing

You have no idea what a difference it’s made to have my coffee with protein and for it to taste delicious, too! I switched from regular Fresh Vanilla to a coffee with 23g of protein, and I love it!☕️😍

I love the phormula 1 protein powder. I have a sensitive stomach and sometimes the level 1 can be too much and too filling! I love to mix with my cold brew or after workouts with water! I also add my creatine to it!

Best product to meet daily protein needs in a quick on the go lifestyle.

Phormula-1 has become one of the staples in my health and wellness journey.

After years of working on my health, I’ve learned that training is only one piece of the puzzle. Nutrition and recovery are just as important. Between my resistance training, running, and working my way back from a medial calf tear through a self-directed physical therapy program, getting quality protein consistently has been a priority for me.

I’ve tried other protein products, and Phormula-1 stands out. The overall quality is far superior to many of the other protein products I’ve used. It gives me a convenient way to help meet my daily protein needs without feeling like I’m sacrificing quality or enjoyment. Whether I’m coming back from a run, finishing a resistance-training session, or focusing on recovery, Phormula-1 has become part of my routine.

My philosophy has always been that health and wellness isn't about finding a quick fix. It's about making better choices consistently, putting in the work, and giving your body the tools it needs to perform and recover.

Phormula-1 is one of those tools for me.

I’m not saying a protein shake is going to do the work for you, you still have to show up, train, recover, and stay consistent. But when it comes to the protein I choose to support that work, Phormula-1 is at the top of my list.

Outwork your excuses. Fuel your body. Keep moving forward

Great product, I mix it in my yogurt for extra grams!

Love this protein powder! Quick and easy protein after my workouts, or if I just need a little extra protein at the end of the night!

I’ve tried numerous flavors of this protein, and I’ve never found one that I didn’t enjoy. The quality, flavor, and overall enjoyment are exceptional. Every time I reach for my protein from 1st Phorm, I’m delighted because it satisfies my cravings. The Coco Crunch, the Loop D’Fruit, and the CTC are just a few examples of their amazing products.

Great tasting, keeps me full but not bloated

Awesome Taste! Blends easily, and great nutrition. Also great for making protein and ice cream.

My girlfriend an I have found our home with 1st Phorm products.

I was recommended the brand by my gym coach and gave the cafe latte flavor a try hoping to find something that would satisfy that coffee urge and it do exactly that. Smooth yummy and makes me excited to get my protein up as a person who’s virtually new to the world of protein shakes! I’m sold!! thanks guys and for the sweet note :)

Great taste and the best consistency I have ever had with protein powder!
