Each one of us has 24 hours in a day… No more, no less. What you do and don’t do in those 24 hours shapes your future. Most people, I am guilty of this at times too, do everything we can to work towards our goals for the 16 … 18 … 20 hours we are awake. Then, we completely neglect the hours that we are asleep! Whether you are working towards fat loss, muscle gain or building strength… sleep is a CRUCIAL part of the plan.
It is not only about the hours of sleep that we are missing, but also about the effectiveness of the few hours we might get.
