I have been trying to get cut for summer. I have been dieting and doing cardio now for two weeks and I haven’t seen barely any results. What gives?

What gives is that you have only been following your program for two weeks. It takes your body a full four or five weeks to produce really noticeable results. Be patient, the results will come.
