What gives is that you have only been following your program for two weeks. It takes your body a full four or five weeks to produce really noticeable results. Be patient, the results will come. It has been my experience that your fat loss will go a lot faster after you get past the five or six week point. Stick with your diet and training and the results will come. Trust me, they will come.
