I love this weighted vest! It's built extremely durable, the design is attractive, and when strapped on, it exudes performance readiness. I hardly notice the weight while wearing it, however I feel the changes in my body after taking it off after a workout. It also helps my overall posture. I love this thing and am looking for more and more ways to implement it into my workout routines.

This thing is great. It is super comfortable and adjustable to fit all body types. Helps burn extra calories and plus. It is a great addition to my cardio days. The whole family has one. Plus we have various plate weights to go from the 2.5 to 12.5 to 22.5 to 42.5 pounds helps vary the intensity . I also like the way people look at us when we wear them in the gym or while running or walking the neighborhood.
