This supplement provides me with everything i need to supplement my daily nutrient intake. On high stress days and lifting days i take it twice and it really helps me with my recovery.
I receive a continuous flow of email suggesting I try their (company name here) various supplements. Multi-Vitamins companies are a dime a dozen. When I receive an email touting their "groundbreaking" multi-vitamin, I compare their ingredients and of course the serving size per ingredient with the 1st Phorm M-Factor multi-vitamin. To date, I have not found a product that comes close to providing the vitamins, nutrients and minerals available in M-Factor.
