DIRECTIONS:

MICRO FACTOR

Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.

OPTI-GREENS 50

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.

FULL-MEGA

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

Game changer for joint health

When I started my current bulk cycle I wanted to start an omega-3 product to assist with keeping my joints protected and functioning at peak level. While increasing my weight loads it was imperative that I keep inflammation at bay. Full-Mega did exactly what I was hoping for in the 5 weeks I’ve been taking it. My joints, knees especially, have been able to handle the progressive overload without issue and for the first time in a long time I’m not combating joint pain. This is an excellent product and I’m grateful.

I have taken an omega 3 for a few years. I switched to Full-Mega after listening to a Livestream and ‘efficacious dose’ was explained. Since I am an over 50 female, I started taking 2 pills 3x/day. I noticed a significant difference after a couple of months. Due to needing to save some money, I cut back to 2 pills 2x/day. After just a couple of weeks some of the joint pain had returned. Well worth the money to continue at the higher dose so I can continue to train hard.

Bloat be gone

Ever since I started taking this, within 3 days my stomach looked substantially flatter. I always have suffered from gas and bloating. The probiotic formula in this is incredible. Gas and bloating gone. No more painful pressure. Not to much all the greens your getting in this. Tons of nutrients and really helps to fill in the gaps in my high protein diet.
