First time using a pre-workout

I never used to pre workout before when I asked about it one of the trainer's recommended Megawatt. I got the blue raspberry it was good tasting and mixed well. My first use I used half a scoop and I didn't get jittery or any other side effects. This morning for my workout I used a full scoop and my energy level was much higher as what's my recovery rate. Again no jitters no unwanted side effects. I like this and I'll continue to use it.
