Intense preworkout

This preworkout is not for a novice gym rat. 350mg of caffeine per scoop! 1 full scoop is way too much for me. Half scoop is the perfect amount. I’m a nurse and have been in the fitness industry since 2011. I can say that if you have any kind of heart condition or sensitivity to caffeine you should NOT take this. I would suggest going for a more mild preworkout. Personally, I can’t drink it all at once. I need to take my time drinking it. Otherwise it hits too hard. Perfect to sip on throughout your workout if you like to do that.

You definitely get tons amount of energy with this and intense focus. Will help to push through your workout, set that new PR, and still have energy to knock out cardio afterwards.

Like it a lot but don’t love it due to the intensity.
