Enjoy one cake cup as a meal or snack anytime of day or night.
Microwave Instructions:
1) Completely remove lid
2) Add 3 tbsp of cold water and stir until all flour is mixed throughly
3) Microwave for 1 minute
4) Let cool for 1 minute

Careful with microwave instructional time
I thoroughly enjoy the convenience of the cake cups. They taste best with a little maple syrup on top. Careful to not overcook in microwave to avoid drying it out. I would suggest 40-60 secs depending on your microwave voltage.

Good but I wanted them to be Great
1st Phorm is awesome. They do a great job of making products I trust.
For what they are, these cake cups are good. They help me meet my goals and give me something transportable to eat. Taste-wise, they are good. Good flavor and texture. The only reason for the 3 stars is, I wanted these to replace dessert. They did but I wanted more.
