MasterBrain AM should be taken in a five (5) days on, two (2) days off cycle. Take three (3) capsules of MasterBrain AM in the morning with food and a minimum of 16 ounces of water.

Take three (3) capsules of MasterBrain PM at night with a minimum of 16 ounces of water about 45 minutes before you want to fall asleep. Be sure to take when you have eight (8) hours to devote to restful sleep.

Wow!
I wanted something all natural to help me stay focused at work and boy does this help! I didn’t expect it to work as good as it does! I will be repurchasing. I love 1st phorm and everything they stand for, their products with better ingredients and their overall values! Feel Better in Mind
Ok - so I’ve seen this brain stuff every where so when I saw it in 1st Phorm I thought I try it and for my squirrel mind it’s been super appealing . If ADHD was a thing 40 years ago they’d probably say I had it. This is 5 days on 2 off and so far I have enjoyed it .

Cognitive Power
I was using Alpha Brain. But since My wife uses a lot of your products, I decided to switch, and am glad I did. The stuff starts slow but works all day. Alpha Brain only works for 8 hrs. I take the MAster brain AM when I get up, and take The Master Brain PM right before bed. And makes a world a difference!
