Trouble sleeping at night?
I suffered from sleepless nights more nights than I can literally account for, and would often wake up with grogginess or memory lapses. My previous experience with a supplement like 5-HTP suggested by my neuro helped me wake up refreshed (despite a short sleep cycle), and helped promote a relaxed and positive mood. After seeing that 1st Phorm offered a similar product, and finding out more about it through my adviser and consulting with my primary doc, it was full steam ahead with Night-T. I usually try and take it around 9-10pm to allow myself a full or close to 8 hours of sleep. I now deep sleep, and wake up feeling refreshed!
