Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.

Really a nice balance
I have been using Micro Factor since November 2021. I can't say enough good things about it. I use to buy all my supplements individually and it was getting expensive and a hassle. Having to spend the time and money to search for each one was getting annoying. I have priced out each individual supplement and this packet is an AMAZING value. Especially with 1st phorm quality, you can't beat that!
I suggest subscribing and then you don't have to worry about remembering to order them. They just show up ready to grab and go.

Already feel better!
I have been using the opti-green 50 with my smoothie every morning. It does taste much better when you mix with variety of fruits and spinach. It does not taste great if you just drink it with water so best to mix up with something.
