Coconut Energy Balls

Servings: 32 (1 Serving = 1 Ball)

  • 3 Cups of Pitted Dates
  • 4 Scoops of Phormula-1 Vanilla Milkshake
  • 1/4 Cup of Carob or Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Almonds
  • 2 Tbsp of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup of Warm Water
  • 1 Cup of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1. Combine the dates, almonds and oat in a food processor and grind them down to small chunks.

2. Add the ground powder to a mixing bowl along with the Phormula-1, carob chips, and cocoa powder. Mix with a spatula until well combined. The mixture will seem dry in the beginning, but you may add more water if necessary.

3. Place the dough on a non-stick surface.

4. Roll the dough into 32 evenly-sized balls and coat them with coconut flakes.

5. Place the balls on a baking tray and place them in the fridge for 3-4 hours before serving.
