All over the world, there are kids who don't have access to shelter, food, clean water, an education, or even medicine. We all have our own battles that we're going through, but it's nothing like the struggles these kids face on a daily basis. That's why we started 30 For The Kids.
The idea was that we could use our community to band together through fitness and accountability to keep us moving in the right direction and use that to help kids in Haiti and our local communities.
At 1st Phorm, our job is to help people and leave the world a better place than when we got here, and with the 30 For The Kids Challenge, we're raising money to do exactly that.
The challenge is simple: Donate $30 (or more) to start, and commit to one of our five workouts every day for the next 30 days. If you don't pay your dues in sweat ... you have to pay them in cash. Any workout you miss over those 30 days requires a penalty fee of $5.
