No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bars
Ah, peanut butter … What a wonderfully delightful ingredient in nearly everything.
Especially in peanut butter bars. I'm sure you know exactly what we're talking about here.
Well, you're in luck. We created a tasty recipe for peanut butter no-bake protein bars that you'll fall in love with.
And if you ask us, this is probably THE recipe for peanut butter bars … on top of that, they are super simple to make.
By mixing together a few cups of oats, peanut butter, milk, and Phormula-1 protein powder, you will create the most delicious and sweet treat.
No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bars
Servings: 12 (1 Serving = 1 Bar)
Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 Cups of Uncooked Oats (Quick Oats)
- 1 1/3 Cups of Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup of Coconut Cream
- 5 Scoops of Phormula-1 Vanilla Milkshake
Directions:
1. Pour the coconut cream into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
2. Add the Phormula-1 protein powder and whisk until the mixture is combined and smooth.
3. Add the peanut butter and mix everything together with a spoon.
4. Add the uncooked oats and mix them in well.
5. Next, flatten the mix on a baking tray.
6. Place the tray in the refrigerator and let it chill overnight.
7. Cut the mixture into 12 evenly-sized bars. You can store these bars in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 week.
