1st Phorm Protein Waffles

Servings: 1 (1 Serving = 1 Waffle)

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream Level-1
  • 1/4 Cup of Buckwheat Waffle/Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 Cup of Egg Whites
  • 1 Tbsp of Ground Flax Meal
  • 1/4 Cup of Water

Directions:

1. Mix the Level-1, waffle mix, ground flax meal, egg whites, and water into a batter consistency.

2. Cook in a waffle maker for waffles or on griddle for pancakes.
