I made this recipe with a chocolate graham cracker crust and drizzled it with sugar-free chocolate syrup.
You can even use mini graham cracker crusts if you'd like to make individual portions or mini pies!

High-Protein Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Servings: 8 (1 Slice = 1 Serving)
Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Fridge/Freeze Time: 20-60 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
8oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
3 Scoops Salted Peanut Butter Level-1
1/8 Tsp Salt
Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup (Optional)
DIRECTIONS:
For this recipe you'll need:
• Food processor or electric mixer
• Spoon
• Rubber spatula
1. Combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, yogurt, Level-1, and salt until smooth using a food processor or electric mixer.
2. Spoon the mixture into the pie crust and even it out with a rubber spatula.
3. Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator for about an hour or freezer for 20 minutes to set.
4. Optional Step: Drizzle some sugar-free chocolate syrup on top of the cheesecake.
5. Once the cheesecake is firm and cool, slice it into eights and enjoy!
