Mini Pumpkin Protein Pie
*Ingredients PER pie.
3T Organic Pumpkin Puree
1 Mini Graham Pie Shell
1T Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip
Dash of cinnamon
2T Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 scoop 1st Phorm Phormula-1 CTC protein powder
Reid-Whip topping if desired. (not included in nutrition info)
In a small mixing bowl, mix together protein powder and other ingredients listed above and fill pie shell.
Cover with plastic wrap or in airtight container and refrigerate 2-4 hours to allow it to firm and flavors to marry.
Just before serving, top with dollop of whip cream and sprinkle with an additional dash of cinnamon for garnish.
