Now, I think this shake tastes incredible the way it is. But, if you are looking to add even more flavors or calories ... these are some awesome toppings you can try too.

  • Sliced Banana
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Crushed Reese's
  • Strawberries
  • Oats
  • Granola
  • Whipped Cream

Be careful though ... make sure you account for any extra calories you add to the protein shake with toppings!

Who is This Shake Good For?

Regardless of what your fitness goal may be ... this is a shake you can massage to help you meet any calorie or macro goal. The biggest downside to this shake, in my opinion, is the fat content ... which is a little high.

Otherwise, the calories, protein, and carbohydrate content are great!

For somebody trying to burn body fat ... this shake can still work! You just want to make sure it fits in well with the rest of your nutrition throughout the day.

Is This Shake Vegan-Friendly?

This shake is NOT vegan-friendly. However, you can make it vegan-friendly with a very simple change! All you have to do is replace the Level-1 Caramel Latte with Vegan Power Pro.

Vegan Power Pro is a plant-based protein powder that works just as well for the recipe, and comes in a wide variety of flavors. For this recipe in particular, I love using the Chocolate Frost flavor. Just be conscious of how this replacement can alter the macros of the shake.
