I am a sucker for a tasty strawberry shake...
The sweet taste of strawberries, cream, and milk all mixed together ... yum!
I only wish I could find a strawberry shake that was high protein, low calorie, and not full of a ton of sugar.
That's when I figured ... you know what ... I may as well make my own! While it took me a while to really hone in on the perfect flavor and consistency, I think I've finally found a delicious recipe.
This strawberry protein shake is only 309 calories, 36 grams of protein, and just as good as a strawberry milkshake!
Give it a try, and I can't wait to hear what you think...

Optional Toppings:
Looking for a little more flavor or calories? One of my favorite things to do with this protein shake is add different toppings to find my favorite variation!
Strawberry works great with a lot of things. If you add any of these toppings, just be aware of how it affects the calories and macros of the shake. With that being said, here are some of the best toppings:
- Coconut Shavings
- Sliced Mango
- Oats
- Whipped Cream
- Chocolate Chips
- Low Sugar Chocolate Syrup
Who is This Shake Good For?
If you have any fitness goals, this is a great shake for you! The reason I say this is because it's easy to customize and fit in just about any nutrition plan. Want to build muscle and gain weight? No problem! Just add some more calories with toppings or even throw some peanut butter in the shake!
Let's say you don't want to gain weight, and you're looking to burn body fat. Well, this strawberry protein shake only has 341 calories! On top of that, it has an impressive 36 grams of protein.
Is This Shake Vegan Friendly?
Unfortunately, this strawberry protein shake is NOT vegan friendly. The good news is, it can be! If you take out the greek yogurt and replace the Level-1 with a plant-based protein like Vegan Power Pro, you'll make the shake vegan-friendly!
