No matter where you go, or what recipes you find on the internet, it can be hard to find a good vegan-friendly shake.

Actually, that's not true ... you can. But guess what? They taste terrible!

I mean seriously ... I haven't found many vegan friendly shakes that don't taste like peas, grass, or a little bit of both.

That's why I wanted to give you a vegan-friendly protein shake that doesn't only taste great...

But also has enough protein without going overboard on the calories.

Give this recipe a try. I know you won't regret it!

Optional Toppings:

If you're looking to add a little more to your shake to spice it up or add some calories, there are a lot of great toppings you can try! Here are some of my personal favorites:

  • Coconut Shavings
  • Sliced Mango
  • Chia Seeds
  • Oats

Who is This Shake Good For?

This vegan protein smoothie is best for anybody who follows a plant-based diet or lifestyle. It's also a great smoothie if you're looking for something quick and easy to start your day and give a lot of energy.

This can also be a great smoothie for anybody with specific fitness goals. If you're looking to burn body fat or lose weight, this is a great meal option. This shake is a little low in protein, so if you're looking to build muscle ... you may consider adding some more protein powder.
