Hat was out of stock

I recieved a hand written letter informing me that the hat I ordered was out of stock. I was asked whether I wanted a refund or if I wanted to pick another hat. I chose another hat and it made it here before Christmas and I wasn't charged for the difference in price! Outstanding customer service! The products I ordered were all top tier and my husband loved everything I ordered for him. It also still made it b4 Christmas! Thank you! I will most definitely be ordering again!
