These help me maintain and keep on track with my fitness goals. I don't get jittery nor do they hurt my stomach like most vitamins do. They pair great with the CLA. Would highly recommend.

I think it’s working
To my amazement, I think this supplement is helping to burn fat. I decided to try it for a month and was very skeptical at first, but I’m happy to say that I noticed more definition in my problem areas like my abs and arms.
For about 6 mos, I’ve been doing my cardio and weights but didn’t notice much change in those two targeted areas. Once I started taking this supplement, after about 3 weeks, I noticed some nice changes. I’m happy to say that I will continue with this new regimen.
