Take two (2) to three (3) capsules with 16-20oz of water about 45 minutes before you want to fall asleep. Be sure to take when you have at least eight (8) hours to devote to restful sleep.

Fabulous product!!

So I’m on the tail end of perimenopause heading Into Menopause and last fall my sleep quality began to get really bad. I was waking up constantly and the amount of time I was in REM & deep went way down. This is pretty common with women going thru this stage. Magnesium has been a part of my nighttime routine for a few years but I ask my 1stphorm advisor if there was something else that could help & she suggested Night-T. After taking it for a week I started noticing my time spent in REM & Deep sleep, but REM particularly, going up in my Whoop and the amount of times I’m waking up going down! After almost a month my REM sleep is averaging 3.5-4 hours and I only wake up a 1-2 times a night! On my experience with Night-T, I can’t recommend this product enough!

Awesome product

This product has definitely helped with my sleep. I have had more deep sleep and been rested even when I am only able to get 5.5 hours as more of my sleep is Still or Deep

Trouble sleeping at night?

I suffered from sleepless nights more nights than I can literally account for, and would often wake up with grogginess or memory lapses. My previous experience with a supplement like 5-HTP suggested by my neuro helped me wake up refreshed (despite a short sleep cycle), and helped promote a relaxed and positive mood. After seeing that 1st Phorm offered a similar product, and finding out more about it through my adviser and consulting with my primary doc, it was full steam ahead with Night-T. I usually try and take it around 9-10pm to allow myself a full or close to 8 hours of sleep. I now deep sleep, and wake up feeling refreshed!
