As a dietary supplement, take six (6) capsules of Conquest HD™ in the morning with your first meal of the day. Use Conquest HD in a repeating 5 days on, 2 days off cycle.
NIGHT-T
Take two (2) to three (3) capsules with 16-20oz of water about 45 minutes before you want to fall asleep. Be sure to take when you have at least eight (8) hours to devote to restful sleep.

2 weeks in so far and feeling great. I also dialed in my workouts the last two weeks so hard to say if the Primal Pack is playing a big role. But no bad effects and I plan to continue ordering for my winter program
I’m currently in the middle of my second month. It does take time, but if you’re willing to stick to your diet and work out program, the results will come in full force! Energy levels are high, motivated, happy, sleeping well, and the wife loves it too. Definitely will continue to use and recommend.
