I tried the strawberry-lime and key lime flavors and find them refreshing! What a great way to incorporate some protein into my daily water intake! Easy to mix. And can be added to other flavored water / drinks as well for added protein.

this is a light and refreshing way to enjoy added protein without the creamy, heavy, dessert flavoring of original protein shakes. I love mixing this up to sip before and during my workout. a great way to just mix things up and keep the routine fresh. does take a *little* more patience and TLC to get it fully mixed up, but worth the extra work.
