Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is naturally occurring in a few foods but is primarily produced by exposure to sunlight. This is A Great Essential Vitamin for health and recovery.
I honestly didn't know what this was used for at first. My advisor, Chris Rowan, helped me understand why this was necessary to add to my active lifestyle. I also learned through the first form app and a recent video that vitamin D and the liposal liquid that first form offers is extremely beneficial. So thank you for my advisor and for first form and informing me why it is important to add this to my daily routine intake of vitamins and supplements.
