What can I mix Phormula-1 with?
Phormula-1 can be mixed with any liquid. Many people will use Phormula-1 in their coffee or even in their smoothies! However, if you are using it after a workout for recovery, Phormula-1 is best mixed with water (and Ignition) ONLY. Mixing it with milk or liquids other than water after your workout can slow down the digestion of Phormula-1, and completely defeat its purpose as a rapid assimilation protein.
