What kinds of meats are your protein sticks made with?
Almost every protein stick is a blend of beef and pork besides Jalapeno Heat and Breakfast Sausage. Jalapeno Heat is only made from beef and Breakfast Sausage is only made from pork.
Can I eat your protein sticks after my workout?
You certainly can, however, it wouldn't be the best option in a post-workout setting. Our protein sticks are far more ideal as a tasty and convenient meal or snack to get more protein throughout the day. As previously stated in my other review of the same delicious protein sticks, I have to state how they have taken my cravings for Junk away when I most needed it. And they have filled me up enough until I get to my next meal. A FABULOUS SNACK! The protein to calories is excellent too.
These Protein Sticks are some of the BEST ones we've had! They taste delectably DELICIOUS! And best of all they do carry you through and fill you up enough to take that craving edge off. I'm the mother of having all cravings so I'm honestly telling you they have stopped my urge to eat JUNK.
