D3 Essential to your health
I love this product because it is easily absorbed. I mix it in my morning protein shake every morning. I would not take it by itself as the taste by itself is not great (personal opinion). I took Vitamin D3 pills of 5,000 IU for over a year and my Vitamin D3 blood levels never increased due to poor absorption. Did you know that in itself can lead to toxicity. Here I am thinking I was doing myself a favor by increasing my intake. I was doing the exact opposite. Do your research!

Best vitamin D supplement on the market!
I started taking this prodect near the beginning of winter. For reference I live in Upstate New York, winter can be brutal. I typically get seasonal depression during the long winter months. So far this year, I am feeling amazing! I'm so greatful to have found such a great product to help me!!
