Customer service 10/10

I ordered the mystery box in August and received 3 of the exact same outfits. I was quite surprised when i opened the box and pulled out the same outfit three times! I was thinking to myself “there’s no way this is happening”, while I was laughing. I called customer service and spoke to someone named Tricia. She was absolutely incredible and understood how odd that was. She sent me another mystery box at no charge and I was extremely pleased with everything.

I appreciate the fact that I wasn't just a number and that she understood the reason for calling.

I will continue buying 1stphorm!
