Take two (2) capsules of Whole Heart in the morning with food and a minimum of 12 ounces of water.
FULL MEGA
As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

Omegas!
I feel great since taking omegas again and this brand makes me feel even better! Seems to help keep my skin clearer too. No fishy aftertaste is the best!!

It works!!!
I recently stopped taking my full mega when challenge started cause wanted do 8 week challenge with no supplements, Opti Greens or microfactor and instead do challenge with healthy nutrition foods and fruits/ veggies.
Well after a week of no full mega I am paying for that bad idea. I had started full mega to help with my back and hip pain and at same time I was also going to physical therapy. My back and hip got way better. So I attribute it to mainly physical therapy.
Well when I stopped my full mega last Monday my hip and back has hurt every day since. I could not believe how much it was helping my pain until I quit taking it.
Needless to say I started back my full mega and won't be without it again. Full Mega truly does work. Can't love or recommend this product enough.

Skin and nails
In the past I have tried the GNC hair, skin, and nails kit with no noticeable change. These fish oils pills are superior to that. I can tell the difference in the strength of my nails and the appearance of my skin. I’m now a repeat customer.
