Take two (2) capsules of Whole Heart in the morning with food and a minimum of 12 ounces of water.

I noticed within a few days of starting Full-Mega that my skin & hair are less dry. I swim several times a week so this is something that is a continual challenge & with no other changes in my routine except taking Full-Mega daily, there is a difference. I will continue to take it from now on!
I’ve been taking these for about a year and they have been great. I tend to take just two pills because if I take more through the day I develop a burp. Other than that amazing product and I would highly recommend this for your cardiovascular health.
Again, I consume SO many supplements, it is not discernable what is doing what. I CHOOSE to TRUST from the Company, for they do seem to care. This has one of the best dosaging I can find, and I need what it offers. This one is a keeper.
I dont eat a ton of fish so I use the full-mega instead in order to get the oils I need. Super easy, nothing bad about it. I take it every day.
My wife and I started taking this a few months ago. It has a far better concentrate than what many other Omega 3's.
