Take two (2) capsules of Whole Heart in the morning with food and a minimum of 12 ounces of water.
FULL MEGA
As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

Great Product
I recently started taking this fish oil and one of the benefits I noticed was joint support and inflammation response. I really like the dosage the amount and this is a product I will continue using moving forward!

Excellent Quality
I do not eat any fish. When I started taking Full Mega there was a noticeable difference in my joints. Less inflammation is accurate in my experience. I have been taking it almost daily for over 2 years now.
