What kinds of meats are your protein sticks made with?
Almost every protein stick is a blend of beef and pork besides Jalapeno Heat and Breakfast Sausage. Jalapeno Heat is only made from beef and Breakfast Sausage is only made from pork.
Can I eat your protein sticks after my workout?
You certainly can, however, it wouldn't be the best option in a post-workout setting. Our protein sticks are far more ideal as a tasty and convenient meal or snack to get more protein throughout the day. These protein snack sticks are really good. When I first got a few single sticks to try before ordering a box, I was concerned that they wouldn't be good at all but I actually really enjoy them. I haven't tried all of the flavors but do like the ones that I have tried.
