Children 2 years and older take two (2) gummies daily, or as recommended by their healthcare provider, with a meal. Ensure the child chews each gummy carefully and thoroughly.

My kids like taking the gummy’s. I make shakes for my kids in the middle of the day using the shake. I would mix with milk. The consistency is more like a shake with the milk. I would order again.
