FOR BEST RESULTS: Mix 1 scoop of Phormula-1 Clear and 1/4 to 1 full scoop of Ignition (Depending on your training intensity, goals, and carbohydrate initake) into 14-16oz of ice cold water post-workout. Shake or froth until dissolved. Let the shake sit for 30-60 seconds after mixing to allow the air bubbles to dissipate. LOVE!
I am not a big fan of chalky aftertaste when it comes to protein powders…this has no bad after taste and not chalky whatsoever! This is the best thing! The lemonade is so refreshing and it literally just tastes like juice! Such a nice treat, especially on a hot day! Highly recommend the lemonade flavor!

Energy!!!
I tried this product and quickly got hooked. I mix 1st Phorm creatine and this product into my workout drink and sip it as I hit the weights. I like the energy it provides and the results speak for themselves. People tell me they don’t believe me when I tell them I’m closing in on 60. After sipping this, I sometimes don’t believe it myself…
