FOR BEST RESULTS: Mix 1 scoop of Phormula-1 Clear and 1/4 to 1 full scoop of Ignition (Depending on your training intensity, goals, and carbohydrate initake) into 14-16oz of ice cold water post-workout. Shake or froth until dissolved. Let the shake sit for 30-60 seconds after mixing to allow the air bubbles to dissipate. Absolutely delicious. Tastes just like you’re having a lemonade. Mixed well too, no clumps left over, nice and smooth. 10/10 would recommend for everybody. Insane Macros as well too. Nothing compares.
