What kinds of meats are your protein sticks made with?
Almost every protein stick is a blend of beef and pork besides Jalapeno Heat and Breakfast Sausage. Jalapeno Heat is only made from beef and Breakfast Sausage is only made from pork.
Can I eat your protein sticks after my workout?
You certainly can, however, it wouldn't be the best option in a post-workout setting. Our protein sticks are far more ideal as a tasty and convenient meal or snack to get more protein throughout the day. My favorite sticks are the Barbecue, Original and the Breakfast Sausage. So pretty much all of them. When I’m on the go or at work I grab a stick and it’s so flavorful and filling at the same time. It helps me to feel satisfied until I can eat a meal.
