I love this stuff. This is the first time I am trying the collagen. Fingers crossed that it turns me younger LOL. The flavor is great I could drink it more than 2xs a day
I like my coffee black and not sweet. However, this collagen is subtle enough with a mild sweetness. So, this collagen always goes in my second cup of the day. I've noticed my hair growing faster than normal and my skin seems to glow a bit more, since taking this over the past few months. My husband likes a scoop in his protein shake every morning. The vanilla is the better flavor.
I've been using this for about a month consistently. I think my favorite part is the flavor of my tea each morning with this added in it. Makes it a little bit sweeter. I am doing a few other things i.e. weight lifting and so no, I have noticed a big change in anything as I think my changes are from doing things overall and taking better care of myself. I will keep using this even though hard to measure exact results I'm getting from it, but I think collagen is so good for your ligaments, skin.
I love the Collagen from 1st Phorm. I'll put it in coffee as a replacement for creamer or in my yogurt (this is probably my favorite). I've been told I look younger recently.... coincidence? I think not ;) My joints feel better too!
