I been taking this vitamins for the last 5 years and has helped me I give it a 5 stars 🌟 I do recommend them
I ordered this for my husband, who is a busy nurse supervisor in the ER. He never has time to open a bunch of bottles and get his supplements together before his shifts, and with these packets, he can just grab and go. Such a lifesaver. It covers all his nutritional needs (he’s 52 years young), and I especially love that the B vitamins are methylated for better absorption. I don’t know how else he’d be able to get through 12 hr night shifts at his age.
I notice such a difference in my body when I take full mega vs. when I don’t! When I take it my skin and hair feels better- not as dry and more shiny (hair!). My joints don’t feel as crunchy after lifting heavy. It makes me feel good and glowy all over! Highly recommend this to everyone!
