HOW TO USE
FULL-MEGA
As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.
LEVEL-1
You may vary the amount of liquid to achieve desired flavor and consistency. Shake well or blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Drink and enjoy!
MALES SHOULD:
Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces of ice cold water or milk for any meal or snack.
FEMALES SHOULD:
Add 1 scoop to 4 ounces ice cold water or milk for any meal or snack.
MICRO FACTOR PACKETS
Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.
MICRO FACTOR POWDER
As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop in 8 ounces of water 1 - 2 times daily.
OPTI-GREENS 50
Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.
