Take two (2) capsules of Whole Heart in the morning with food and a minimum of 12 ounces of water.

FULL MEGA

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

Inflamation relief

One of the few supplements that I felt an immediate difference after using. I noticed that my knee swells significantly less when I use the full mega. Especially on game days.

Must Have!

Tore my hamstring and a few days later started the full mega. I felt it helped me with my recovery big time!

Still was a process, but for 66 years old, thought it was a game changer! Will be taking this product as a regular supplement!!!
