Children 2 years and older take two (2) gummies daily, or as recommended by their healthcare provider, with a meal. Ensure the child chews each gummy carefully and thoroughly.
OPTI-KIDS
Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces of cold milk or water and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.

Omg where do I start.
Well to share my incredible experience with 1st Phorm, I want to point out their high quality service, the thoughtfulness in each order, and honestly their innovation as things that truly set them apart.
As a long-time user of supplements, I have never come across anything quite like their greens and reds kiddo shake. It's a game-changer for my family, especially my picky 5-year-old daughter.
Her nightly routine has included the delightful kiddo chocolate smoothie for like 2 years. We were searching for protein chocolate milk when she was getting off her bottle so now she enjoys this as her "chocolate milk."
we mix about 4-6 oz of whole milk with 6 oz of cold water creates the perfect blend.

KIDS BEG FOR IT
I mix in the chocolate protein with yogurt and PB every morning for my 3 boys. It's the first thing they ask for in the AM.
The vitamins are their "treat" if they eat supper.
