Children 2 years and older take two (2) gummies daily, or as recommended by their healthcare provider, with a meal. Ensure the child chews each gummy carefully and thoroughly.

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces of cold milk or water and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.

My kid LOVES the Optikids shake. She mixes it with almond milk and takes her vitamins as she's headed out in the am. 10 years old and working with her Dad this summer. This is how she likes to start her day!
Our two year old son loves his Kiddo Daily Stack routine. He wishes he could have more than two gummies a day and they’re a great incentive to eat the meals we prepare him. Mixed with milk, the protein shake tastes just like a chocolate milkshake. Even better when blended with a banana.
My kids love to take the M-Factor vitamins. They look forward to taking them and tell me they are their favorite vitamins of all the brands we’ve tried.
My daughter is a competitive gymnast and we have seen vast improvements in physical stamina. Awesome product 👌
Unfortunately, my 9yo did not like the taste enough to use the product. I ended up just adding it to my normal protein shakes. If she liked it, I would have purchased more, but it's fairly expensive & not really worth it for me to be adding to mine! I would recommend though!!
